Name: Ozymandias "Ozzie" Whelk
Personality: Ahh, oh my, how can I put this? Not quite indecisive. Very good with numbers. There was this time when he, oh, pardon me, he's prone to digressing as he talks. He's not a forceful personality but he's intelligent, great with numbers, and at least courageous enough to do the right thing, even if he isn't as physically ready as some other adventurers like Dash or Konall. Yes, I'd say he has a good heart, to use a familiar expression. Did I mention he's good with numbers? Skills and abilities: Numbercrunching might not save the day in AIL as often as a broadsword, or haxxor, or killer spell, but it has its uses. He also has the frequent assistance, wanted or not, of a shadowy female character who has some interest in KOKOL. Finally, it seems he might be prone to 'freaking out' and becoming quite dangerous, though this is only conjecture on my part. No, really. Honest. Trust me. Would I lie to you?yup Recent news: Though useful in the situation in the flipworld dimension, Ozzie's activities during the St. Boris Day lead-in activities have been something of a mystery.
The season so far: Ozzie debut to help with the first of the two 'rescue the princess' missions, but wasn't seen again until he, egged on by his new shadowy 'friend' who calls herself Hudson, successfully followed Sebastian and the other adventurers. First to Honorburg across the seas, then to another dimension, thanks to Xodus! It's a good thing they showed up as they and Sassy Snake (from the other dimension) helped Sebastian calm down and survive a tough ordeal.

Appearances | Mission | Notes |
Roleplay | Royal Scavenger Hunt- Princesses in danger! | Ozzie's busted when his boss thinks he made a mistake, but Ozzie doesn't do mistakes. The only possible explanation is someone is stealing money from a bar to fund the kidnapping of the princesses! The only possible solution, I say! Ozzie is about to end up in a barfight at the end.) |
Co-roleplay | Royal Scavenger Hunt- Princesses in danger! | Confused and dazed, Ozzie happens across Jen Pi and Aleena as they tend camp. Dash returns shortly after; Lady Goblin is sleeping. Ozzie explains his situation, and how he doesn't remember what happened during or after the fight. Ozzie is the first knocked out when Dios, Jester King and their lackeys teleport into the camp, and Dash isn't able to stop Dios from kidnapping and teleporting the princesses and Aleena away. |
Co-roleplay | Royal Scavenger Hunt- Princesses in danger! | Ozzie awakens after the battle. The memories of what happened come rushing back to him. He awakens Dash. The two agree they need to get to Seaside Town. Fortunately, Dash's horse shows up, and the two are off. Some nice insight into Ozzie's normal life. |
Co-roleplay | Royal Scavenger Hunt- Princesses in danger! | After a rough (for Ozzie) horse ride to Seaside Town, Dash and Ozzie debate on the best way to go about saving Aleena. They decide to recruit a little help. |
Roleplay | Royal Scavenger Hunt- Princesses in danger! | Having lost his identification, Ozzie naturally has problems getting help from the Council of Loathing. An inventive shyster who calls herself Miss Jones helps with that problem. |
Finale 3/3 | Royal Scavenger Hunt- Princesses in danger! | With Sir Fumblies and company trying to help six princesses down south escape, Ozzie's requisitioned three mages to aid Sebastian, Konall and company as they invade the old Knob Goblin mines, dealing with ghosts, Dios, and a couple Elite 7's as they attempt to rescue Lady Goblin and Princess Pi. |
Kingdom of Loathing (KOL) is a (mostly) original
online game that apparently has something to do with Asymmetric
Publications, LLC, and something called a Jick, who probably copyrighted
and trademarked the thing up the wahoozer. Wahoozer is a word I just made
up. If you don't like it, bite me. And if you refuse to bite me go
to . . . ANYWAY, this is the archive for an interactive writing game
based on KOL, and a specific
clan within- the Kingdom
of KOL. Specific characters belong to their specific owners, specifically,
unless specifically stated otherwise. This game was developed by Joshua
A. Dexter, with rules based in part on Mercenary
and Equinox. This is
a non profit game done for entertainment purposes only. If a rash develops
on your imagination, desist use immediately and consult a physician, psychologist,
or 1-900 psychic for further
