Season 2 Finale: A 14 parter
Mission:  Mission #10.5: The Grand Finale 5/5

Original Finale

This is such an epic Finale, it ended up taking me the better part of a day just to edit it. (Well.. my mom was sick and I was off either helping with her or sleeping, cause I didn't get much sleep. Not to complain!)

Since I'm working on this file Sunday night, October 23rd, I'm pretty sure this marks the first time I've ever archived a Finale only eight days after it was posted! (At least, when I started writing this, not when I finished. Plus, it's going to take a few days til it's actually up and online. I still gotta do the index and spoilers page, and proof.. that stuff. And actually upload.)

But I'm rambling. There is an awesome, amazing fourteen part Finale ahead where I had the help of four different handlers. It's a single part Finale, but the size puts this one right up there with the Live RP which beats it easily.

I'm rambling. Onto the Season two finale!

Jarlsboris Wildfall, the well versed Ireacan sneak, carefully made his way through the tallest sections of grass. To the near south, the Distant Woods stood waiting for the Ireacan, silent except for the oddly rare sounds of birds and crickets.

A rustle nearby caught his attention. Wildfall's eyes light up. Maybe it was those two serpents which Wildfall had followed earlier, hoping to be lead to Sassy Snake.

Hoping they'd found him, Wildfall moved almost soundlessly through the grass, crouched low to keep out of sight of potential dangerous creatures. Hopefully, Wildfall whispered, "Come on, ya two. Come out.. I wanna see that snake..."

"Not that kind of guy. Not by choice anyways." Cattaras Whiteclaw led with his biggest grin as the big tiger exited the tall grass with his lady fair even as Wildfall tumbled backwards, barely catching himself before he could flip over.

Wildfall breathed quickly for a moment, scampering to his feet. "You, you.. are not a snake at all. Unfortunate."

"Well, there is a snake here. But it's mine," Jen wiggled her hips and grinned. Catt's big paw wrapped around her to caress that hip- or perhaps a bit back of her hip.

Wildfall frowned. "Soo, we're not gonna just skip by that comment, huh? Hi Ale.. er.. Jen, right?"

Wildfall's misrecognition surprised Jen. The two looked quite different, from hair to cysuits, to even builds, with Jen as the more athletic of the two.

Sensing her confusion, Wildfall shrugged. "It is Jen, right? We haven't really gotten to talk. I think Glyn's the only elf I've talked to... Anyway.."

"Jen's not like any of the others! Believe me I know… well I'm sure …. maybe I should be quiet now." Catt could feel claws on his hip by now.

"Alright, I'd hate to keep ya, lad and lassie. I'm trackin' down Sassy Snake.. I ain't seen the girl, and with everything going down, I'm startin' to work up quite a worry for her. Trouble is all the slavers around here." Catt gave a low growl at the mention of 'slavers.'

Jen suggested, "There's been airships flying around. Perhaps they are involved in some of the villainy."

Wildfall looked a little pale at the thought. "Airships.. I don't think a shillelagh is gonna help much against an airship."

"You can always take care of the crew while we pop their balloons." Catt was already looking at Jen as if silently planning.

Jen entwined her tail with Catt's and grinned. "A little bit of fighting always gets me in the mood."

Wildfall smirked. "Ya must be either part vulpin or part Ireacan then. Alright. Let's go grab Sassy and Todd and make it a party, then!"

"Dunno… Todd, me and Jen 'in the mood'. I don't think our rating will last." Catt chuckled.

Sassy's Band of Rebels 1/2

By Sassy Snake

The sun shone down through a canopy of trees as a group of four people silently scouted out a camp in the woods. A good look convinced Sassy Snake that there were thugs in the camp as well as several prisoners.

Signaling quietly to the others, they met to plan the coming attack. The troll looked worried. "Camp look too strong and too big for us."

Sassy said, "Not necessarily. Bris could take up a position on the right and sling stones at targets from ambush. At the same time, I'll take the left and fire bolts into the throng. Then when we signal, Linger can come crashing directly from their front into the camp. They might think that we outnumber them and we could free the slaves."

Bris looked at her in concern, "I am not sure that is going to work. By the way, haven't you forgotten someone?" He nodded toward Icy in the shadows.

"Oh yes, I have. Sorry, Icy."

"It's okay, Sas."

"She can come with me and fight alongside of me." said Bris. "Okay, guess that will do it then. If anything goes wrong, I'll signal with my flute. I don't expect to have to do that and I hope I won't need to." She slowly moved to take up her position on the left. When she got there, she signaled the others to start the attack.

Watching from her ambush, she saw Bristle take out a thug near the fire and did the same on her side. There didn't seem to be that many and the attack proceeded according to plan. Linger crashed through the trees and set most of the thugs running. Sassy crept out of concealment and they began to free the prisoners. The first note of trouble came from Bristle. "Watch out!" he shouted. Sassy whirled around to see a large number of thugs marching in military style toward them.

Their weapons looked deadly and they looked like they knew how to use them. Bristle slung a stone at a nearby thug and tried to retreat to another location; several thugs stopped him. He tried to fight them off, but there proved to be too many. Bristle was taken prisoner. Sassy's sword flashed and her other hand reached for her flute. She managed to get a few notes out before the horde descended upon her and took her prisoner. As Sassy was captured, she could see Icy fight like mad with her cudgel. But not for long. She was soon a prisoner too.

Linger, who seemed to have sense it coming and had more time, managed to get away.

After a breakfast fit for champions and worthy of royalty, Becky Joy made her rounds around Degrassi along with her new buddy, SpaghettiGirl, so Becky could make sure everything in the town was okay. Becky explained how she had helped fight off the Elite 8. She and SpaghettiGirl also helped Gnollish who had been injured during the earlier chaos in Degrassi, helping deal with lingering injuries and such.

The two came to a stop outside of a Gnollish bakery, sitting on an old wooden bench. Becky almost bounced in place. SpaghettiGirl's familiars stood in front of them placidly.

"Wow, this town has really been through the wringer," SpaghettiGirl said, eyeing the town. "But it looks like they are starting to rebuild so I guess that is good."

"I think so, too!" Becky bounced up. She turned to her friend hopefully. "So didjya like your breakfast?"

SpaghettiGirl nodded eagerly. "It was amazing, thank you. I'm stuffed. The Gnollish pancakes were especially delicious, even if the Knob Goblin butter is kind of.. slimy."

"I guess that's why it tastes so good?!" Becky asked. The girls giggled. "Do ya think it's better than the Weeping Tree Inn? I mean, I loved the Knob sausage and ghoul egg platter for breakfast, but the Inn has a pretty wicked forest black ham. 'Specially with disco fries! It's groovy yummy!"

"That sounds pretty good, actually," SpaghettiGirl said. "I haven't been there in quite a while. Actually, I wonder if Bobby might be there. He was talking about helping out in the Distant Woods when he got done here."

Becky nodded enthusiastically. "We totally gotta go see! He does talk about it a lot, plus the food's so good there, plus we might see Todd playin' if we get lucky!"

SpaghettiGirl was confused. "Who is Todd?"

"Ohhhhhh, right!" Becky bounced up, grabbing her arm. "Don't worry, I'll tell ya alllll about him on the way down! So first, he's a fox, right? And then..."

Becky continued as the two girls walked off with SpaghettiGirl's angel and NPZR trailing behind her. As they were walking, though a couple of familiar figures. Becky called out, "Hold that thought! Hi there!"

SpaghettiGirl turned around towards where Becky looked and then jumped back in surprise at the sight of two Knob Goblins. She nearly tripped. Her familiars jumped in front of her, causing the Knob Goblins to back off.

"Whoa, guys, calm down!" The Girl Goblin said, trying to look non dangerous.

"Don't worry, S-Girl!" Becky said, running up to hug both Goblins. "They're my buddies. They're my patrol that I take with me when I patrol with my patrol! Also: patrol!"

"Ohhh," SpaghettiGirl said. "Down you two. They're our friends."

The older male wiped a bit of slimy sweat off his greenish tinted forehead. "Good thing. I am hardly in the mood to deal with a ninja zombie pirate anything today. Much less a robot."

"What's wrong with my NPZR?" SpaghettiGirl asked.

"Nothing, ma'am," the goblin replied. "They're exceptional fighters. I would just hate to have to fight against one, and ruin such a lovely day. Or get killed. I'd also hate to get killed by it."

SpaghettiGirl laughed. "Well, you don't have to worry if you're with Becky. Bingo, if you're raising your bow and arrow like I think you are, we're going to have a serious discussion! Again!"

Hearing her, the obtuse angel dropped the bow to his side with a dejected sigh.

"Thank you, much better," SpaghettiGirl said, patting the angel on his head. He immediately perked up. "Hi there, I'm SpaghettiGirl."

"Good to meet you, SpaghettiGirl," the female goblin said, doing a curtsey. "I'm Goblina and this is Darson. As Becky mentioned, we're members of her squad."

"Red and Green are elsewhere looking for you," Darson said. "Hopefully staying out of trouble, although I kind of doubt it."

"Come with us this," Becky said, tugging them by the arms. "We're going to the Weeping Tree in, and you're coming with! So maybe they're going there too!"

Darson didn't bother to ask for the logic behind that, figuring it would be a lost cause.

Sassy's Band of Rebels 2/2

By Sassy Snake

Sassy, Bristle and Icy were lined up with the other prisoners and chained with manacles on their hands and feet. The biggest and ugliest thug looked at them. "Dey gib us good money for dese in de market. Sum of youse get dat odder guy, dat gient or whadever!"

About ten of them headed off to track down Linger and Sassy hoped that he would bring help. In the meantime, she had no time to do anything but pray. The thugs whipped the slaves unmercifully and headed them off into the woods.

"Git goin' ye laze slavs! We go to the main kampe now!"

The pain of the whip's lashes across her shoulders and back and other places where best left unmentioned convinced Sassy to obey their commands. It looked like for the time being, she was in trouble.

Six figures made their way through the plains just north of of the forest where they would soon be joined by a seventh. But this would be later on.

Becky Joy skipped ahead along with her two Goblins, Darson and Goblina, while her friend SpaghettiGirl kept pace with two of her familiars, NPZRsRCool - Cool for short- and Bingo.

Things were mostly uneventful in spite of the various unsavory groups dotting the landscape.

"... and that was only the second time we'd ever been there!" SpaghettiGirl continued mid story. "Crazy huh?"

Becky giggled. "That's probably when ya started thinking, 'Gee, I probably don't need a third visit' huh?!"

"What's really weird, is we found the thing the next day and.. wait, do you hear something?"

"Um.. awkward laughter?" Becky spun around, prepared for anything. Well, not really prepared for anything. Certainly not prepared for the sight they saw when they searched a nearby groovy grove of trees, where they spotted a very large and, frankly, ugly troll who was belly laughing to himself.

"Linger no want third visit either, HA HA HAR haaaa.. ummmmm... hi."

For a moment, the six were ready for a fight, but it quickly became apparent there would be no need for violence.. probably. So they relaxed their guard.

Becky was the first to strike a friendly note. "Hi there! I'm Becky! And these are my Becky buds! We're going to an Inn!"

"Ohh, inn!" Linger clapped his hands. "We're going to an Inn!"

Becky shook her head dramatically. "Nooo, not we, I mean we.. you're not with us!"

The lonely troll hung his head sadly. "Awww, poor Linger alone again."

"Well, he seems okay Becky," SpaghettiGirl said after considering the situation. "Maybe we should invite him to come with? Would you like that, Linger?"

Darson spoke up. "Is that really prudent?"

"Linger not know," the troll said sadly. "Linger has a job he remembers. Linger has to do job. Hmm.. what is Linger's job again?"

"Ohh, ohh!" Becky held up her hand, like an excited student. "Is your job to come with us, then we're gonna go to the inn, and all be friends and we'll listen to Todd sing, and then I'm gonna buy us all lunch! Is that it?!"

"Linger wonder.." the oversized troll shook his head. "Linger have to save friends."

"What's wrong?" Goblina asked. "Where are your friends at, honey? Did something happen to them?"

"Hmm.. Let Linger think.. A'yup! They get kidnapped! Big plan fail."

"Um.." Darson was skeptical. "What big plan?"

"Linger's friends got captured!" Linger said. He paused, catching himself this time. "The snake's friend girl lead us. Snake's friend and nice brownhair girl and snake's friend's friend. But we get captured. Linger not get captured. I knew it was a bad idea, so I escaped."

Asked Goblina, "'Snake's friend...' Sassy Snake?"

"Ohhh!" Becky's eyes lit up. "That's Sassy Snake with a lot of s'es in her name, SpaghettiGirl! And she's a friend of mine! Is she with you, Linger?!"

"No," Linger answered sadly. "Like Linger say, Sassy get captured. Linger get away. Please help Linger rescue her?!"

Linger's eye welled up with tears but SpaghettiGirl patted him on the back. "We'll be happy to help if we can."

"Yeah, we gotta help you with saving buddy Sassy! With many s's on her name," Becky said, getting excited now. Even SpaghettiGirl's familiars looked ready to help. Becky shrugged. "Guess you'll have to wait, Todd."

"Wait for what, honey bunch?"

Recognizing the voice, Becky spun around excitedly. "Hey Todd! We were just headin' to look for ya, but now we gots a new job!"

"I heard." Todd pointed to his furry ears. "Vulpines are known for our hearing, babe. Where are we headed?"

"You're helping?!" Becky gasped.

Todd smirked. "If you'll have me."

"Yay, Todd's going!" Becky said, turning to SpaghettiGirl. She then turned and said the same thing to Goblina, Darson and even SpaghettiGirl's familiars, drawing amused giggles from SpaghettiGirl.

"You got it, babe," Todd said. He turned to the troll. "It'd help where we're going. You said your name is Linger?"

"Yeah, I got name from snake's friend and mean brown hair girl. She no like Linger."

Todd looked like he could have said something smart alec'ed to that, but thought better. "Then I guess we better go rescue her then huh?"

"Linger show way!" said the ugly troll. It ran off, leaving the others to trail behind.

"Hey, not so fast!" SpaghettiGirl called out, waving to her familiars to keep up. "Come on, you two!"

Interlude 1/3

By Shelldor

Shelldor and the ninja walked across the plains, intent on their goal. The airship would be retaken, no matter what. The shield whistled an upbeat tune as the walked. As they walked, however, they encountered a very rudimentary campsite.

Shelldor raised an eyebrow. "It seem like a strange choice to set up camp so close to the front of a battle."

"We should be weary," the ninja replied. "It could be an enemy advanced force."

As they advanced, they heard a shuffling coming from one side of the camp. They turned, ready for battle, to see… a tiny saber tooth lime.

Neither one could resist a small smile.

"It's kinda cute," Shelldor said, trying to stifle a chuckle.

The lime advanced on the heroes, doing its best to look menacing. From behind them they heard another shuffling. Shelldor raised his shield just in time to block the throw shurikens of a ninja snowflake.

"Brrrrr, hey that's cold!" the shield griped.

As the heroes looked around, more familiars began to appear. So many, in fact, that the shear number was beginning to worry them.

"Well, this was unexpected." The ninja readied his weapon.

As the familiars surrounded the heroes, a noise came from the tent, this one sounding like it was made by a larger creature.

"Huh? Whaz happenin’?" the voice said groggily.

A head peaked out of the tent, hair sticking up in all directions.

"Can't you all tell I'm trying to sleep?"

The heroes and the familiars all looked over in surprise.

"Umm, are these your familiars?" Shelldor asked the man.

"Yeah, what's it to you?" he replied, rubbing his eyes.

"Would you mind calling them off so we may be on our way?" Shelldor said.

"Yeah yeah, ok." Bob gave a whistle, causing all the gathered familiars to head back to the terrarium, vanishing inside.

"That was an impressive trick," Shelldor said, surprised.

"Yeah sure, are you two leaving now?" The man asked.

"May I ask you your name?" Shelldor asked.

"Bob." Replied the man. Shortly.

"Bob, your skill with familiars is clearly impressive; I wonder if you might join us in defense of the kingdom," Shelldor inquired.

Bob looked at him like he had grown a second head. "Are you crazy? I'm not dealing with any of that."

"Your um, skills would be very helpful." Shelldor told him.

"Get lost," Bob said, closing the tent flap.

Shelldor shrugged. "Very well." He turned to go.

"A shame." The ninja said as they left. "Those familiars might have been helpful."

"Yeah." Shelldor replied. "And he would have made fine cannon fodder."

Though the thugs forced her to keep her head down, Sassy Snake had a pretty good idea of where she was. The scent of the sap and bark from a nearby Trillad assaulted her sense of smell. As she stumbled over ruts from regular wagon trail, she took note of a discarded, half torn bar skin on the nearby road, even as she picked up the sound of a warwolf's howl in the far distance.

It would be so easy to just go with the flow and hope someone would save her before things got too bad, but there was no guarantee any heroes would find them in time to intervene. No, this would be up to Sassy to get out of trouble. She could sense the presence of snakes nearby but not nearly enough to be a threat to such an army.

Yup, they were definitely in the Distant Woods at this point. She'd gone through the area a few times since arriving in this dimension.

She quickly realized there were even more prisoners than she was aware of and that number seemed to be growing. A nearby slaver pushed her along, screaming something about how Sassy couldn't be a spoiled, lazy 'princess' anymore. Sassy had no idea what he was talking about and it was clear to her that he had no idea, either.

Best guess? They were meeting up with other groups and either merging or delivering the prisoners. The walk had continued for a while now and she had heard Bristle call out in pain more than a few times already. She'd lost track of Icey. She'd have to come up with a plan soon.

The movement came to a stop. Good. Maybe she could take advantage of that.

She picked the dumbest looking guard and slowly inched towards him. "Excuse me," she said, trying to moderate her voice to sound both submissive and defiant. "We've been moving quite a while and I was wondering if you might have some water. I'm rather perched from - "

It didn't help much. A backhand from the guard shut her attempt down and sent her hard to the ground. Still chained and unable to defend herself, Sassy took the fall hard. She didn't bother to protest but she did catch sight of something that gave her pause.

Or was that paws? Between the trees, hidden well enough that she could barely see it, sat Todd Blackpaws, holding a single digit over his lips to "shhh" her.

Satisfied she'd seen him (although she she was careful not to show a reaction), Todd held his paw up, showing all five digits, and then vanished into the forest. Five? What did that mean? There were five rescuers? To wait five.. minutes? Seconds?

She hoped he didn't expect her to take out five guards!

She got her answer just five seconds later as she noticed a guard wander off the path, and quickly end up bonked over the head. Sassy just caught sight of the familiar assailant. Goblina. The scene seemed to go all but unnoticed by the other guards.

It happened again a handful of seconds later only this time, it was Darson dropping the guard and this time, another guard looked over, thinking maybe he'd heard something. Sassy tensed up, but after a few seconds, the guard turned back.

Then all Hey Daze broke loose. In the distance, the thugs and murderers that had captured Sassy and her friends screamed about being attacked and men being down. Most of it was in the common language of the land. Some of the soldiers shouted in strange languages Sassy wasn't immediately familiar with.

"There's one!" a nearby high ranking guard shouted. "It's just a girl, get her!"

A familiar voice cried from the forest. "Nuhuh, we're playin tag and you're it!"

Becky Joy!

Before Sassy could wonder why Becky was here- much less worry about her safety- powerful icey winds cut through the soldiers, sending them back and chilling Sassy and the others, even from several feet away. More troops flooded in, only to be met by the unlikely combination of Goblina, Darson and a mysterious ninja zombie pirate robot. The thugs were disoriented and easy pray for the assault.

Sassy jumped as she realized someone was near her. "Eep!"

"Shh!" called the familiar voice of Todd Blackpaws, although Sassy couldn't imagine how he'd snuck up on her like that. "Let me get you free so we can get these idiots out of our way."

Sassy noticed a certain venom for the enemies in Todd's voice. She was glad just to get her limbs free from the chains. She wondered where Todd got the keys, but decided to ask another time. "We'll have to get the other prisoners free first. And I'm worried the people I'm travelling with might have been punished for our attack on them. Tell me, Todd, have you seen...."

"Hold that thought, babe." Todd pulled her to her feet. "We have to deal with these thugs before we can save anyone. I'm focusing on the people who I know can help... especially when they're cuties like you."

Sassy Snake protested. "Well, we need to free them so they can help!"

"I know, I know," Todd answered, turning to a couple incoming guards and dropping them with a heavy souls & blues melody. "After we run these scum off."

"Alright," Sassy said, turning to talk to her snakes. "We'll do that, then I can get to healing the wounded."

"I've got a broken heart you could mend later, babe," Todd answered with a smirk. Then he turned and dove back into action, leaving an amused Sassy shaking her head slightly.

Season 3 Prelude 1/2

Meanwhile, or later, or earlier, in Seaside Town..

Well, actually, at the gates of Seas- no, wait, just south.. Kind of south of the Seaside Town gates... there we go...

Council of Loathing member Howe let out a sigh as he watched from a distance. The invasion clearly wasn't going well. The Penguins had sent out four hired black knights to defend the area. Along with the penguin enforcers, they were easily running off the Seaside guards, mercenaries and all.

"Sir, the invasion clearly isn't going well!" A scribe said, rushing up to read the latest battle reports to the council member. "The penguins have sent out four hired black knights to defend the.."

"Alright, alright ALRIGHT," the council member repeated until the scribe finally shut up. The stupid idiot. "Stop reading my exposition back to me in present tense!"

"Ummmmm... huh?" asked a clearly confused scribe.

"I said, 'I have eyes, I can see what's going on.' That's totally what I said. I guess we'll have to go with plan B: retreat to Degrassi, do lots of guilt-eating of ice cream, and hide out there until we come up with a crazy yet insane plan that's so impossible that it just might work. I can't believe we'll come up with it."

"I.. wha.. Bu.." the scribe started, but thought better of it.

"Just shut up and go inform the rest of the council of the plan." Council member Howe turned back to watch the guards' failure to take the town. "Stupid local team defense. They couldn't stop a rally from a kindergarten team in the fourth quarter of a playoff bowl."

Booo!! Hisss!!

Just a little further up from Todd and Sassy, Linger, SpaghettiGirl and her obtuse angel waged war. Of course, the first shot was a love arrow that put the toughest looking thug on their side, at least until it wore out. He tore into his comrades with lethal levels of jealousy and Springer level accusations of cheating and betrayal.

SpaghettiSpears and trick arrows lead the assault. Had they been prepared, the slavers might have stood a chance. But Todd carefully orchestrated the attack. Linger knew that with his backup, he could split the front lines while Todd and the others dealt with freeing the prisoners.

SpaghettiGirl and her angel were quite driven too, as SpaghettiGirl pushed whatever fear this assault held on her into the background, knowing she could count on her familiars, Becky and their allies to be there for her.

"Linger find friend Sassy now!" Linger yelled, rushing into the distance.

"No, wait!" SpaghettiGirl called out but Linger ran off. Her obtuse angel Bingo stayed by her side. SpaghettiGirl sighed. "I guess it's just us until backup gets here."

Tougher slaves arrived from the north. It quickly became obvious they were tougher and better prepared as SpaghettiGirl's best attacks barely slowed them down.

"Like I was saying," SpaghettiGirl said, firing off a couple rounds of entangling noodles. "Let's fall back and get some help from our friends."

Bingo nodded vigorously as the two started falling back, fighting the slavers off as they did.

Interlude 2/3

Fifteen minutes earlier...

The Arbala sat, docked unceremoniously on the Loathing Westcoat Bay (previously unseen) as its crew, at least the ones not wounded or lost in the previous battle, frantically worked on repairing the ship. As they did, a familiar looking figure looked up from trying to stuff a bright yellow hoodie into an old fashioned travel bag and yelled instructions at them.

The figure looked over the side of the ship and caught sight of an approaching duo.

"Shelldor!" the figure called out, waving excitedly. "Just the man I was looking for! I'll be right down."

The mechanic slung his travel bag over his shoulder, made his way down the stairs and exited the ship. As he met up with Shelldor and the mysterious ninja prince, a younger girl with light orange hair and a blue and white dress called after him.

"Father!" she cried out. "You're leaving? After all the work you've been doing on the ship? There's still so many repairs to be made, but you need some rest. You always overwork yourself so much, father."

The mechanic gave her a light, low resolution hug. "I won't be long." He turned to Shelldor. "We need to get some supplies, stock up on food, and try to find something to upgrade this old ship to take on that infernal flying contraption. So I'll be going with you."

Shelldor nodded. "Fine by me. What about the ship's repairs, though? Won't they need you?"

"Don't worry," Cid answered. "You remember Angus, right?"

Shelldor shrugged. "The big guy with the muscles or the nervous little scatterbrain with the tick?"

"The.. latter one," Cid answered. "He's my new apprentice. He can take care of the ship. He's got quite the mind for mechanics it turns out and besides..." Cid discreetly pointed toward his daughter. "I think someone kind of likes him."

The daughter just blushed. "I'll see you when you get back father?"

He laughed heartily and looked over at her. "Of course."

"Just.." she said before darting back into the ship. "Stay safe, father."

"Don't worry," he quietly called after her, a hand resting on his weapon of choice, a dwarven axe. "I'm not just a lowly mechanic. Let's go, folks."

"We'll head inland if you want supplies," the ninja said. "The main town's occupied and too dangerous, but there's a village in the forest where we can get supplies. Besides, I want to look into the rumors of our old airship being spotted down there."

That last part definitely piqued the interest of the old mechanic with the twinkling young eyes.

Todd hadn't expected being outnumbered by the thugs to be much of a big deal. Sure, they were no pushovers, but Todd had orchestrated a precision attack, meant to disorient the thugs and split their forces into smaller, more manageable pieces.

It was working. Several slavers were already knocked unconscious, or had been wounded under Todd's combined forces. Darson and Goblina fought together, showing impressive teamwork. Todd made them the first target of his boosting and protective melodies, as both Becky and the ninja pirate zombie robot were both operating on their own, with devastating results to the enemies.

Sassy helped but quickly got distracted by a wounded prisoner. She must have known him since she yelled "Bristle, you're hurt!" and rushed over to him. Todd might have dismissed him as one of the thugs, he kind of looked like that, only demonic, but Sassy was clearly concerned. Fortunately, Linger rushed up to her to help.

Unfortunately, Linger was supposed to be serving as protection for SpaghettiGirl and her familiar.

"Hey, there, buddy," Todd called out to Linger, even as Todd used his 'axe' to trip up an incoming thug. Todd switched back to using it as a musical instrument. "Where's.."

"Right here," SpaghettiGirl called. "These slavers are proving a little tougher than I thought. I figured I'd better get you guys."

Todd looked towards the incoming thugs and growled. "Good choice, doll. Those look like the actual Catalian slavers. Means they're meaner, tougher, and more disgusting than anything you're gonna see from the locals here. We're in for a real fight."

The head guard snorted. Todd could smell the alcohol on its breath. Far less unpleasant than the body order of a rotting soul. He effortlessly parried SpaghettiGirl's spells. "You got that right, furfag! You ain't done with us yet, and once we get this shipment of slaves put together and send them home, we'll be able to take this whole Kingdom over!"

"Over my dead body!" Todd yelled.

"You got that right!" the slaver yelled back as he and the others rushed at Todd.

"Kinda walked into that one..." Todd muttered under his breath.

The regular and local thugs, the ones who'd been hired or intimidated into rounding up and bringing the slavers to the slave traders from Catalina, were boosted by the presence of their "employers" in the face of the assault. Standing opposite of them, Todd Blackpaws recognized the second largest of the slaver thugs as Xuin the Deranged, who had multiple encounters with Todd, Lalucia, and their allies on a cold St. Boris Day Feast not that long ago.

"Well, if it isn't that annoying bard?" Xuin wiped a smear of blood off his face. "Bout time I got another chance to finish you off. You look a little outnumbered, dogface. Couldn't you find enough backup to hide behind?"

Sassy, Becky, Goblina and SpaghettiGirl, along with SGirl's obtuse angel, were helping set the slaves free. Fortunately, Bristle and Linger had gathered around Todd, although Bristle was quite badly hurt. On the other paw, the two were rather massive and having them behind Todd didn't hurt his confidence!

Darson and the NPZR rushed to their side as well.

"Maybe not as outnumbered as you seem to think, meat!"

Cattaras stepped in between the two, with space elf Jen and another familiar face tagging along. Todd smiled at the sight of his running buddy Wildfall.

Cattaras and Xuin turned towards each other.

"I'll KHEIIILLLL you!!!" Xuin yelled, rushing into battle. "DIE!"

"You first!" Cattaras said with a roar, rushing in to meet the deranged one, one on one.

Meanwhile, the regular thugs jumped Todd and his allies.

"Kay, den," the smartest, well, least stupid looking one called out. "Yu iz in our territory now, and we dunnut take kindly tee strangies, pal."

"I'm not sure what you said," Wildfall answered, joining them. "But judging by your breath, it's an insult."

"Good one, Wildfart," Todd teased. "Really good to see you, though. Be better if your girl Summer was still around."

"Eh, take what you can get," Wildfall suggested. Meanwhile, Jen had already charged into action, taking on groups of slavers two or three at a time. Her speed was uncanny, as was her ability to turn anything the slavers tried against them. She quickly parried attacks, reversed attacks and disarmed her enemies, while using her own offense to often lethal efficiency.

"Diz is not fair!" complained a minor thug right before the badly injured Bristle dropped that one with a slingshot and rock.

"Like being your prisoner was any fairer?" Brist asked with a faint and lopsided ghost of a smile on his face.

As Xuin tangled with Cattaras, a smaller human, somewhat resembling a rat (but not in a "furry" kind of way, Hey Daze forbid) stepped out from the trees, yelling for the other slavers to rush the weaker looking heroes. The Catalina slavers did just that, rushing at SpaghettiGirl and Sassy Snake, who were still tending to wounded prisoners and thus, vulnerable.

SGirl's NPZR and angel immediately formed a barrier around them along with Darson and Goblina. The four quickly found themselves fighting a numbers game, being rather overmatched by the sudden swarm of the despicable bunch.

Bingo nailed one with a boxing glove trick arrow while Darson and Goblina tripped up several of the weaker slavers, only to have a stronger slaver, standing over six feet tall with pale skin and a red mohark, slam their heads together and call them stupid.

The real slavers fought harder, shrugged off attacks and avoided them easier. They seemed, if not smart, definitely less stupid than most of their hired thugs. As SpaghettiGirl and Sassy Snake focused on freeing and healing the last of the prisoners, Cattaras nailed Xuin with repeated blows. Xuin swung with an oversized club, missing several times before finally landing a glancing blow, sending Cattaras back. Cattaras quickly got to his feet, fists curled.

Noticing it, Xuin leaned forward, his breath carrying stenches Cattaras felt he was better off not knowing about. "What's the matter, pussy?" Xuin taunted. "Did you get declawed?"

"Yeah," Cattaras said with a snort. "Ain't falling for that poison blood trick anymore. Been there, done that, got the nausea. Besides, I got other tricks, asshole."

With that, Cattaras focused his chi and, moving so fast he seemed to vanish into a blur. He nailed Xuin with almost a dozen shots per second for several seconds, avoiding Xuin's attack before one got through. This time, it connected much more solidly and sent Cattaras flying through the air, though Cattaras rolled with the blow, landing on all fours.

Meanwhile, Xuin yanked out a short knife and cut one of his hands, slicing clean through the thick leather fingerless glove and digging into his own flesh. Blood immediately seeped through the gap, quickly turning his leather brown gloves a sickly shade of pink. "I got other ways to poison you, you furried FREAK!!"

Cattaras's eyes narrowed. Then he caught something in his peripheral vision that lifted his spirits. "That's not gonna help you, freakshow."

Xuin snarled. "Why's that?"

Becky Joy stepped into view, raising her toy yeti focusing device over her head. The air around Xuin instantly dropped well below zero as the torrid winds battered the oversized Catalian slave trader. "B-b-bitch, we get something r-r-r-ready for you! G-get the weather w-witch, boys!"

A couple tough looking slavers in mage's ropes stepped out and immediately threw a spell at Becky. A disgusting, moldy and poisonous gas, so thick it was almost solid, started to rise around her. Reacting almost instantly, before it could even get waist high, Becky whipped up a focused blast of wind, sending the gooey gas right back at both the casters and slavers.

"Sorry!" Becky yelled. "But not sorry! You already used that trick on me once! I ain't fallin' for that trick again! Here, you try it, kbye! Nyyyaaaa!!"

Just to make sure they got the message, Cattaras zoomed in before the stench and sleaze mix and dropped the mages where they stood, flashing in and out within a span of a couple seconds.

Cattaras paused as Xuin fell to his knees, and then dropped the oversized slaver with a kick to the chest. "Man," Cattaras said, stretching his limbs. "I'm still not back up to full speed. I really need to-"

A soundless explosion interrupted Cattaras, throwing him through the air, slamming him into a tree. Becky looked on in horror as a portal opened in the middle of a battlefield, large and black, shimmering with malevolent energy. A couple large bugbears, wearing cowboy hats and packing revolvers poured through the portal, along with a walking bipedal duck carrying an oversized pan of lasagna, three floating statue heads, and what looked like werewolf Abe Lincoln decked out in futuristic armor and calling, "Alright, random dimensional rift. You know the drill. Loot, plunder, murder!"

Todd looked at the duck carrying the lasagna and shook his head. "Really? A vender in the middle of.. Yikes!"

Todd jumped to avoid the lasagna, which the strange looking duck flung at him. It caught the edge of Todd's tail and left the foxbard yelping in pain.

"Ow, ow hot, OW!" Todd flicked his tail and turned back to the duck. "But you missed, and now you've got an empOH you have GOT to be kidding me!"

The oversized pan of lasagna was completely full, and almost overloading. Eyes flashing with malevolence, the duck chased Todd, throwing serving after serving out of the pan, which never seemed to empty. As that went down, the other enemies from the portal attacked the slavers, thugs and heroes alike, not discriminating between any of them. This only magnified the pressure on Darson and company to defend the healers.

"How are you coming on freeing the prisoners?" Darson asked, parrying an attack from an especially incompetent thug.

"I think we have most of them," SpaghettiGirl said. "All of them now. But some of them need healing."

"Well, hurry up!" Goblina yelled as she dropped another thug. Unfortunately, another two popped up to take the place of the first thug. "We could use a little back up here."

"We are doing our best," Sassy answered. "But there is a lot of wounded whom we need to get back on our feet so they can get away from this chaos."

Too busy fighting, Darson and Goblina just grunted in the affirmative. Elsewhere, Cattaras found himself hard pressed to disarm the revolver wielding bugbears. One of them got a lucky shot after Cattaras grabbed the weapon. Sent flying, Cattaras managed to flip and land on his feet.

"Glad we got backup, at least," Todd said to Wildfall, who took up a position near the bard.

Wildfall used his trademark solid oak shillelagh to parry a thug's clumsy attempts with a knife. "Yeah, but I don't think we brought enough people."

"That," came a familiar voice from behind. "We can help you with!"

Todd and Wildfall turned to face the newcomers, with Todd ready for a fight from them but Wildfall explained, "Don't sweat it, fox. Thoy're chill. They're on our side. Right, shield and his talking paladin?"

"Haha, shield and his talking paladin. I like- OWWW!" He was interrupted as Shelldor used the shield to batter a slaver, sending the slaver flying back. "Right, then, work first, banter later."

Along with Shelldor and the ninja prince stood a third. An odd looking fellow with dull red hair, a gray beard with a hint of red, and a bright blue beard, dressed in a simple black outfit. An older fellow, he looked surly and not in the mood for small talk.

The ninja threw down a bunch of smoke bombs and vanished in the smoke they created. A few seconds later, he popped up in front of one of the statues, blocking the statue's attempt to ambush Linger and Bristle. Those two worked together quite well.

During the battle, Wildfall managed to get close enough to Shelldor to ask, "Who is the new guy?"

"Ship's mechanic," Shelldor answered as he deflected a thrown knife into the ground. "Now stop being so noisy and fight! We need to end this fight A.S.A.P. since we've got trouble following us."

As werewolf Lincoln battled SpaghettiGirl's familiars, Todd picked up a strange sound over the raging battle. Todd avoided another batch of scolding hot lasagna from the duck, whom Jen dropped with a kick to the head.

"Thanks," Todd said. "What on earth is that whirly sound?"

Jen let her cysuit search nearby and then looked up with a start. She pointed to something in the distance. "That."

A large black airship blotted out the skies, and moved in rapidly towards the ongoing battle. It was low and coming in fast, hot, and unexpected. Many of the guns adorning the side of the ship were blazing, blasting the locals who had very little defense against it.

"My suit's barely detecting it!" Jen said, frustrated.

"Might be magic, hon," Todd said, ears pinned flat. His attention shifted away from the slavers as all eyes turned toward the incoming threat.

"Either way, it's obviously hostile," Jen answered, taking aim at it. Hearing the deafening sounds of the rapidly approaching airship, the thugs and former prisoners started to scatter.

The enemies from the other dimension didn't seem any more interested in a fight.

"Miffin was right, we need to retreat!" werewolf Lincoln yelled, ignoring that fact that was a Washington joke, not a Lincoln joke. "Through the portal, my revolutionary army!"

(Again, a Washington reference. Yeesh.)

Jen quickly reformed the arm of her suit, bringing up a blaster, which she shot at the ship, although the laser blasts proved less effective than she hoped.

"Good idea!" Shelldor yelled, turning his shield towards the ship. "We need to take that thing down."

"That's our goal," Cattaras said. "Stop it from getting to the Chrono Dragon. Jen, can you get me up there?"

"Not a problem," Jen said. As wings quickly formed over her suit, which shifted to accommodate flight, she turned to the others. "Becky, ice the back of the ship. Get anyone with range to help you attack the ship and try to ground it, or at least disable the weapons. Once it's low enough, rush it."

"Gotchya!" Becky stood in a faux imitation of a military salute.

"Cool should be able to help," SpaghettiGirl offered. "But I don't think it's close enough for me or Bingo to hit from here."

"It will be soon," Jen promised as she took off, carrying Cattaras with her. Meanwhile, Becky pulled out her toy yeti and focused, whipping up a powerful snowstorm, aiming it at the back of the airship, just like her friend Jen the space elf requested.

"Here," a familiar voice said. "Let me help."

Becky looked over and smiled, recognizing the powerful archetypal red mage. She recognized him and a few of his allies, like the monkey-tailed thief, from the battle with the Elite 7 and 8. The mage joined her ice attacks with his own lightning attacks.

The gun-armed sidekick kneeled and took aim at well, providing cover fire for Jen and Cattaras, who quickly arrived on the ship and dropped down to the surface.

Interlude 3/3

Assisted by Catrina

Meanwhile, under the guidance of semi-super powered Council members Mendy and Zake, Degrassi and the remaining Seaside Town guards (the ones not involved in the assault on Seaside Town, covered earlier) had set up a refugee camp a few miles south of South Degrassi, earning the refugee camp the nickname of "Camp South South Degrassi."

Sebastian Dash found himself sitting, distractedly, half heartedly eyeing the ship far to the south when a familiar voice broke him out of his trance. Dash kept looking down like he was holding a book and yet there was nothing in his hands.

Whatever they were, the words were followed by a body crashing down into the grass next to him, causing Dash to jump slightly. A white furred body that couldn't help that she was looking hot lying there. Well, she was hot just not in that way, panting a moment before speaking.

"Catrina." Dash nodded. "I told you before not to startle me when I'm reading. Where's Jake and T'lana?"

Catrina Whiteclaw rolled onto her back and smiled over at Dash. "Dunno… Maybe they found some bushes somewhere." She winked at him teasingly.

Dash just glared down at his hands. "Hmm.. interesting reading."

"The lioness rolled and peered over at her l- friend, Just friend now.

"You into palm reading now?"

"What? Oh, no." Dash glanced up to Catrina, then smiled and tapped his forehead. "Morlencir thing. Jen is being kind enough to feed me updates on the action. Not that kind of action, if you're wondering. They're taking on the ultimate airship now. The last thing she sent me, she was planning to fly your brother up to the airship in an attempt to either destroy it from the outside or seize control. If you want to superspeed over and...."

Dash stopped as he noticed her shaking her head.

"I'm pooped, hon. Tapped out. I barely had enough in me to fall down. If the world's sexiest stud came by and begged me I'd have to say 'no'." The lioness only slightly chuckled at the last.

Dash shrugged. "We'll stay here then. I don't trust all of the people taking refuge here, temporary or not. I'm sure you've had your troubles with them, too."

Catrina just nodded.

"We still have no idea what the ship's up to and if it's going to be trouble," Dash said, glancing back up to the bugbear shaped ship. He then smiled and looked over at Catrina. "We could use the rest. And relaxation."

Catrina nodded again, eyes closed. For a moment it looked like she was cat napping before she said quietly (which was odd for her).

"Dash? What's it like?"

"Like reading a report," Dash said, shrugging. "Except the words are perfectly written. Typed, it's called? The pictures move, and it updates itself with new information. And for some reason, it's mostly bright green text on black..."

She rolled, perhaps too fast as she wobbled a bit. "No… what's IT like? Being connected all the time? Especially...to her."

"Dunno." A bit of mischievous intent crept into Dash's voice. "I was just wondering how much begging that stud would have to do to get a friendly cuddle out of you."

She shrugged. "Would she mind?"

Dash grinned. "I've got no idea who you mean, kitty. Come here."

She looked at him, almost looking the kitten part as she slid over and embraced him- almost too tightly.

"I was stupid… I should never have…"

Dash stopped her with a kiss. "Sorry. Were you saying something?"

Catrina's eyes were wide as he broke to breathe and say that, then she smiled. "Nothing important."

She then pushed him back and kissed him again, old fires rekindled as she straddled him.

Ensemble 7/7

Once aboard the deck of the airship, Catrina's brother Cattaras and Jen quickly found themselves engaged in battle by a strange looking... clown? Except this clown had backup in the form of a sword wielder, who wielded a katana longer than Jen was tall. White hair, a grim, determined face. Clearly the protagonist's rival, if Jen's history of Squenixia was anything to go on. He stood calm and made a 'bring it' motion while the clown said something about sand in his boots and laughed maniacally. The Insane Jester held a dangerous looking metallic morning star over his head with a crazed look in his eyes.

"Great," Cattaras growled. "A Jester King wannabe."

"He should be fun to kill," Jen said. "I'll take him."

The Jester swung his weapon of choice over his head dramatically. "I could say the same thing about your mangy flea ridden pet, elf."

"PET?!" Cattaras roared defiantly. "I'll show you who's the pet, clownface!"

As Cattaras rushed into battle, Jen shrugged and turned to the other. "Guess I'll take you on."

"Guess so." The swordsman leaped into the air and came down at Jen with a sword attack. Jen deftly rolled to the side, easily dodging it. She then backflipped to avoid another strike, leaving the sword to clang uselessly against the airship's sleek black deck. Seeking to take advantage of her enemy while he regained his balance, Jen formed a blade on the arm of her suit and rushed towards the white-haired swordsman, but he was able to deftly dodge it and send Jen flying through the air with a powerful backarm shot. She rolled several feet and crashed into the short railing on the ship.

Jen pushed herself to her hands and knees, looking up at the swordsman who calmly approached her, a sneer on his face. "You're tougher than you look."

"You won't stop me from my destiny," he said, slashing out with her again. This time, she formed a shield. It was enough to take some of the impact off the blow, but it still staggered her, to Jen's surprise. "I'll feed you to the miasma!"

"We'll see about that!" Jen quietly let some of her nanites pool into small, nearly invisible bug sized blobs, which would settle in and quickly begin eating away at the ship. Meanwhile, the insane clown yelled "YEEEEOUCH!" A moment later, Cattaras stood over a fallen clown.

"Guards!" the clown yelled, crawling away. A couple MagicMech techs, a magic Mecha MagiTech and four soldiers appeared from the decks below, rushing to surround the insane jester as he crawled away.

"Not so fast, clown!" Cattaras called out, leaning into his chi-fueled speed to take on the masses of enemies.

The clown snickered, crawling away. "'Not so fast,' he says. What do I look like, a waiter?"

"That.. " Cattaras paused. "That didn't make any sense."

It was enough for a soldier to sneak in a shot with his club to Cattaras, for which Cattaras quickly made him pay.

Meanwhile, Jen parried the swordsman's attack with her cysuit's new shield, though the blows were quickly taking their toll on her regardless. She swept his feet. The swordsman landed on his back but scampered to his feet before Jen could get any offense in.

Jen's eyes narrowed. She was surprised by the challenge, but eager to end this battle. "Looks like a stalemate so far."

"Not hardly!" the swordsman sheathed his sword in a sheath on his back, then quickly chanted something. It quickly became obvious why, as he pelted Jen with fire and ice spells, forcing her on the defensive.

"A mage and a swordsman, too," Jen said, wondering if he knew about the Morlencir tech's problems dealing with magic. "Seems a little unfair."

"I would help so." The swordsman switched to dotting the ship with bolts of lightning, which proved more effective, forcing Cattaras and his enemies to watch out for the strikes of lightning, small as they were.

"Maybe I can help even the odds," came a familiar voice. A golden cocoabo, black wings flapping in the air, flew up over the edge of the ship, depositing Fahari, who landed with a monk's grace. "Go. Return with the next ally while I aid Cattaras and Jen."

"Target the worthless bird!" yelled the familiar clown expy. "Fry it like Crimbo dinner! Bwahaha bwahaha bwahaha!"

Before anyone could respond, Fahari dove into battle, helping Jen against the swordsman. Only a few moments later, the ship shook violently. Cattaras and Jen regained their balance quicker than the others and used that advantage to take out the guards. They turned towards the swordsman, with the magical mechanical enemies surrounding him.

A voice came out of nowhere. The clown's.

"A parting gift for my pathetic enemies and worthless allies!"

With that, a series of poison began seeping from the below decks, quickly infecting the closest targets - the magitechs. They quickly fell into convulsions before going still. Meanwhile, the ship turned sharply, falling from the sky.

Jen and the furries could pick up the screams of guards from below. Jen attempted to dispel the mist, creating a fan, but it had absolutely no effect. "I can't scan it, and if it's magical..."

"All the suit's filters in the world might be worthless," Cattaras smartly concluded. "Hang on and get those wings ready!"

With that, Cattaras grabbed the two, using his chi speed to leap far over the side of the boat. Jen quickly morphed wings onto her suit, grabbing Cattaras while Fahari, several feet away, again caught her golden cocoabo.

"Well, that was anticlimactic," she said, looking down over the scattered remains of their allies and enemies. Without the crew, the attacks from the airship had stopped cold. And without that crew, the airship sailed towards the ocean.

Which is where she saw the evil swordsman diving. She could only wonder if he'd survive.

Season 3 Prelude 2/2

Approximately a week later....

Assisted by Aleena

Dash felt a sensation in his head. It felt like a tap. He responded to it. It felt like opening a box, but with his mind - and it was filled with stuff! Images, graphs, maps, and reports. He paged through the information as though rifling through papers, pausing as he saw the image of a ship - noticeably of the Morlencir's visual style, but gleaming silver-white, and all curves.

"Sebastian. Glad to see you've learned how to access information on our network!" Aleena smiled. He thought it another hologram until she kissed him. Passionately. Her arms wrapped around his body, and he could feel her warmth and the pressure of her lips on his.

"Wow.." Dash paused to catch his breath. "That's much better than doing it remotely. So the Morlencir have no idea what the shield is composed of?"

The elf gazed up into his eyes, clearing thinking of other things. "We have not yet begun our investigation, Sebastian." She laughed softly and smiled. "Give us some time, we've only just arrived."

"Right." Dash glanced up at the ship and then into her lovely face. "This whole thing has me on edge. The others are in Degrassi, preparing for the Council's arrival. And here I thought tossing the glaive would fix everything."

"We solved a great many problems. What remains?" Aleena inquired.

"The portals are less frequent, except around the tower.. Well.. spaceship." Dash paused. "Although Jen said she spotted some? I'm sure she contacted you about the airship."

Aleena nodded. "I got it. There's been eight separate incidents of portals opening. They seem to be increasing, but I don't see it as an immediate threat."

"Agreed."

"I'd like to form a scientific exploratory group. We can study this phenomenon while we help find a cure for it." Aleena paused to smile. "If we work together, maybe we can not just stop the portals but one day learn to use them to our own benefit, under our own control. Also, Jen's most recent report stated the crew of the mysterious airship have recovered their ship from the sea."

"I hadn't seen that one yet," Dash admitted.

"Read it, Sebastian. Our strange allies from the airship cleared most of the poison out." Aleena shook her head. "The crew which had taken the ship over, at least the ones left behind, all died. It sounds like quite a poison the traitor left behind. From the sounds of it, they never should have trusted one so insane."

Dash shook his head, drawing her closer as the two watched the unmoving, faraway shielded ship. "I see the report now. It's horrible, but I'm not sure Shinpire will see it as a betrayal. To them, it might very well be necessary side effects of the clown trying to take us out at any costs."

"That seems insane, Sebastian."

"True," Dash admitted. "But since when have would-be world conquerors ever been concerned with something as trivial as sanity?"

Aleena had no answers.

In the distance, the bugbear's ship continued shedding light, offering no answers of its own.

See? Pretty epic, huh?

I'm exceptionally proud of ending the second season on this note!

I feel bad that it's lacking Sir Fumblies but I wasn't sure how use him. But we did manage to set up season 3. Where we will hopefully finally address that last pesky scenario- the Penguin Mafia controlling Seaside Town.

I feel like I should be able to speak at length on this, but I'm not going to. I will say I'm really happy with the variety of styles we got into this, and I'm happy to have the help of four different players. There's Shelldor, who is totally new. Mitch, who was with us since our second ever official mission. Plus there's Aleena and Sassy, who both joined along the way. So .. that's pretty cool.

I hope you all enjoyed this very big and important mission and I look forward to running and eventually archiving season 3 if the fates allow it!
