Mission: Return to Mirrorworld
MISSION INFORMATION
AiL returns to Mirrorworld! It's all part of Kwadlin's plot, however. One of the more successful AiL missions ever. The mission after this was an abbriviated 'mini-mission' with limited roleplaying time. Following that, we had another mission with extended roleplaying- and much success. Of all the returns and debuts in this mission (as of now, mission #7, Konall's Grudge roleplaying is about to draw to a close), Sassy Snake and Konall & Kadlin Bearsmasher have made the most regular impact on the missions.
Pieces missing notes:

Aleena, Kadlin and Konall's first of two

Cattaras and Sir Fumblies's only

the Interlude

Aleena, Dash and Konall's second of two

Sir Fumblies's only solo

Hi, everyone!

We're back for another mission. Thanks to Aleena, Cameron, and Mitch for helping me write the Rollover. Thank you for Kris (Sir Fumblies) for helping with ideas and getting it right.

We've got two parts to this mission; the tournament, and everything else.

During Part II of the Philler Gang Mission Finale , Philler was revealed to be Kwadlin, who'd appeared to Fumblies' in dreams several times. The PC's and some NPC's were teleported into another dimension to be used in a sort of game or survival.

The game will compel the players to fight each other. If you fight and are injured/ killed, Philler promises you'll be set healthy. Or so he says. (It's true, but you might not be quick to believe that.) It's only by refusing to fight that you are injured.. your life force is slowly sapped.

This is the side effect of the magic and drugs, which have a primary purpose of trying to force the players, and any who get addicted, in order to keep them involved in 'the games.'

This WILL raise your aggression if you're injected with it, and if you're in the games, you almost certainly were injected with it before regaining consciousness and waking up in a semi random part of the flipverse's version of the KOL lands.

Physical strength and attributes are quite boosted, making you as much as fifty percent as strong as usual on average. Faster, stronger, quicker to heal, and what have you.

Magic benefits from this less though mage users should keep a slightly clearer head. Technological beings such as Aleena, or weapons users, might see less benefit, though Aleena's minds might not be as clouded. They'll still gain the physical boosts, as will mage users... but only while the drug and magic are in effect.

Kwadlin/ Philler has promised if you win, you'll get any wish you want, within his abilities. He's also promised if there's another tournament like this, to let you make the rules. And finally, the winner chooses who gets to go free, who gets to go home, and who is stuck here to find their own way home, which should make things interesting to say the least.

I'll try to do another post to cover things like the lay of the land, and enemies, but for now, feel free to PM me. Here's a discussion thread for the mission, which we can use for questions and answers! Use it to chat, ask questions, give opinions or answers, and share your thoughts on this mission, please.

More to come later.

Here's a discussion thread for the mission, which I'm expecting really good things from! We've got three new handlers we expect to debut here. By tomorrow, all three should have roleplays either in progress, or already posted... In fact, from what I've seen, a lot of us are rolling, so it'll be important.. one second! :)

More on the Mirrorverse right here!

Anyway, it'll be important to write down must know information on the roleplays here. A QUICK short summery of the roleplay and any information from it other players really need to know for as they continue to do their own roleplays..

I'm expecting a really hopping mission as most of us are already planning if not writing.

Thanks! Use that discussion thread! :)

Aleena, Dash and Konall's first of two - archive copy
Posted by: Dash

Just a thought: it's probably worth mentioning any enemies, NPC's, and locations you use here, so we can hopefully make use of the world we'll all creating. Remember, we've got a NPC listing that any of us should feel free to add to, if you have an interesting NPC that you wish others to be able to use freely.

We should probably also write a general time frame in these notes! How long after getting here, roughly, might this piece be? How much time passes in it? This should help things like person A getting here and running 'back to back' adventures that couldn't take more than an hour, running into person B who got here, then had 2 weeks pass in his roleplay. :)

This one takes place soonafter Rollover, with Aleena waking up and making her way to a small town, while 50 leagues away, Dash and Konall fight it out, with the drug bringing their mutual romantic history with Aleena to the surface by way of fighting each other!

A magic (leashed) collar has Aleena looking and feeling weak, afraid and submissive. She gets in touch with Dash just long enough to find how horribly fary away he is (50 leagues).. The locals of the border south style town assume she's a 'pleasure slave.' When one of them tries to outright claim her, she fights back, suddenly finding herself more slightly more than 50% more powerful than normal as she fights off the thug and his thugs. Her other stats- speed, resistance to damage, ext, are raised a little, too.

As she enjoys her meal, on the house, she realizes it must be the magic- Kwalin's rewarding her aggressiveness.

Meanwhile, Dash battles Konall, but despite Dash's trickery and choke hold, Konall nearly finishes him off! Dash reaches for a 'bag of healing herbs,' which Konall crushes. Turns out to be a trap by Dash; it's full of flash papers, which explode, blinding Konall and letting Dash ingest a healing herb, as Dash slips way, grabbing the longsword on the way out.

Dash had relied on the flash papers which Konall destroyed in the fight; Dash wonders how he'll fare in a rematch without them.

Xodus's first of two - archive copy
Posted by: Xodus

This is my first time doing rp notes, hopefully I'll add enough detail. The story so far for Xodus is that he find himself stuck in a parallel world. He doesn't have any idea that this is the mirror world yet, so he's naive to the things that may come his way.

While in the world, Xodus reminisces on how he got there. It all started in the the real world where Xodus meets up with Wildfall and Summer who wanted to travel to Honorburg. Xodus needed to go to Honorburg himself, so after some intense persuasion, he managed to convince them to let him tag along. After reaching there, Xodus was attacked by some shady characters and Wildfall and Summer try to assist. Wildfall and Summer ends up getting kidnapped and Xodus, bound by his Peanance of the Repenter's law, decided to try to find and rescue them. His journey eventually leads him to this hotel called the PERRL Hotel where he meets up with Ozzie and Geoficca for the first time. They explained to him that Wildfall and Summer was teleported to another world because of some kind of sword, as soon as this was mentioned, Opaque (talk more about this creature later) enters into the sword and activates the teleportation power within. A big flash of light comes out and when Xodus wakes up, he finds himself in the Desert tundra. Xodus was eventually able to find some tracks in the tundra who believes to be Wildfall and Summer, so now he is following the track, thus starting his adventure. A few more things of notes:

Opaque (aka "The Opaque One") is a creature living inside Xodus. It usually is a black liquid-like substance but can change shapes. It has the ability to teleport Xodus or parts of Xodus to other location as well as make instances of (or clones if you prefer the term) of objects when said object is injected inside the creature. There's are limitations to this ability, which will be explain in future posts.

The Desert Tundra - I described the desert tundra literally here. There is sand that is blue and cold but doesn't melt. So you could actually die from thirst here in this cold place because you are not going to be able to melt the cold sand like you could with ice in a real tundra from water. I also describe the skies of this place as a shade of magenta, but that could easily be because of the time of day here.

I think that covers the most important parts that should be noted. If there is anything else, I'll add it.

Summer and Wildfall's first of two - archive copy
Posted by: Wildfall

Here's our notes! Dora and I hope you enjoy our debut. Oh and the next post will be the 500th post of the board! Cool huh? Summer and Windfall have been good friends for a long time. They wake up in a barren abandoned cabin in the Closeby Woods, naked and in a mood. Well, Wildfall wakes up first, and uncharacteristically cops a feel on her, which causes her to wake up with a scream. The two start wrestling around competitively, but end up making love for the first time in a rather short but steamy scene.

They pass out, however, dreaming of Philler's edit for them to battle. When they wake up, neither seems to remember clearly what really happened, although they both seem to suspect it. The two's tempers are short and they end up with her stalking off in a bad mood, and him following. (They threw their clothes on this time as soon as they realized they were still naked!)

Just a little debut! It delves into their history a bit but it's mostly the same thing you'll see in their bio sheets. This will hopefully lead into a future co-write with Xodus.

Dash, Ozzie and Sassy's first of two - archive copy
Posted by: Dash

I'm doing roleplay notes for the debut of Sassy Snake, who's bio I just posted! THIRD new handler to debut this mission already!

Her debut tells a good deal about her. She finds a tree, and tries to siphon the energy from her, but it goes badly and she ends up unable to move, stranded in a strange location. Sassy goes to find some water and runs into a few snakes. Fortunately, she's able to speak to snakes. They allow her to drink the water and sleep.

She dreams of two strangers, not knowing the strangers are Sebastian Dash and Ozzie Whelk. In fact, we break away from her story in order to see Dash escaping down the mountain after his earlier battle with Konall. Dash didn't seem too eager to take the big guy on again, either, but can you blame him?

We cut back to see Sassy talking to another snake who mentions something about a couple of characters being spotted in the mountains on the other side of the stream.. or something like that. The snake leads her towards them.

Finally, we cut to Ozzie who establishes how he got here, more or less. He hears a noise.. then sees a strange girl (Sassy).. who's attention is on a swordfight fight about to happen in the distance.

Dash and.. we'll find out who hopefully next co write!

Xodus's second of two - archive copy
Posted by: Xodus

Allrighty, so this is the RP notes for Mirror Shard Mirage. Xodus finds himself stuck in the desert, starving and dying from dehydration alongside his familiar Opaque. Right when he reaches his limit and falls completely out, he finds himself being rescue by a man named Sharluk, a fellow Quanadacan. The strange thing about this though is that Xodus killed this man and his whole family years ago. Several weeks goes by and Xodus is healing up, while he is doing so he recalls a story told to him a long time ago by one of the elders of Quanadaca about a mirror world that has an endless desert in it and anyone who finds their self in this desert will have a vision of their most regretted moment and, most importantly, have the chance to correct said moment. The place was called the Mirror Shard Mirage and Xodus believes himself to be in this mirage right now, living out something he regretted in the past. He also now know that since this is the Mirror Shard Mirage he is also in the fabled mirror world.

Several weeks goes by (In the mirage world, not the mirror world) and Xodus heals completely up. Sharluk invites Xodus to have dinner with his family which includes the twins Tylon (a boy) and Mosha (a girl), and Telara, Sharluk's wife. They family have small conversation with each other and eventually Xodus breaks the news that he will continue on with his quest after this night.

After dinner, Xodus is packed and ready to leave. As he is about to leave his family, Sharluk confronted Xodus. He explains to Xodus that he found him halfway dead from fighting against the Redeemers (more on these guys later) and brought him back to health just so he can ask him why he betrayed his people by leaving for some foolish quest. Xodus explains to Sharluk his intentions (You will need to read the rp, I'm not going to make it THAT easy to you) and Sharluk pretty much does not like the explanation.

So Sharluk pulls out his sword and rushes to attack Xodus, litte did he knew Xodus has been planning for this attack (after all he already went through this same situation before in the past). Sharluk fell into a black hole created by Opaque and it teleported Sharluk in mid-air right above Xodus spear. Sharluk falls on the spear and dies.

Tylon comes out and see his father's death at the hands of the Repenter Xodus and vows revenge against Xodus. It is right here were Xodus remembers what he regretted the most about this memory, not convincing Tylon to not pursue revenge. So Xodus have this big talk to Tylon about the stupidity of traditions, rituals and pride and at the end of the discussion he gives Tylon a choice, to live his life without worrying about revenge or to eventually die by the Repenter's hands (along with the rest of his family) because of his pursuit of revenge. Xodus walks away from Tylon letting him contemplate on what decision he will make. As he is walking away, Xodus finds himself back in what he calls the desert tundra and realizes that this world offers new possibilities for him to complete his personal quest. Still, nothing can be done until he find his fellow countrymen Summer and Wildfall.

Other Notes:

Redeemers - These were once the personal bodyguard of the Repenter Xodus. They are the best warriors of Quanadaca, second only to Xodus. Now they are would-be assassins that wants to hunt and kill Xodus because he left his country to pursue a personal quest.

Mirror Shard Mirage - This is a place where people who have regrets get to relive said regrets again. The mirage takes them back into the past and they relive the events that they most regret and have the chance to find redemption. Time is different here and does not pass as it does in the mirror world. Once they finish with the mirage, they are returned back to the mirror world with the time being relatively the same, even if they spent weeks, months, or even years in the mirage.

Another aspect about the mirage in the mirror world is that whatever event takes place there will have real consequences. For example, if Tylon does choose not to pursue revenge, then he will be alive instead of being killed by Xodus like he was in the past. Unlike a real mirage, the Mirror Shard mirage has "real" effects.

Opaque We now know that if Xodus is not careful, Opaque will have the ability to go into Xodus mind and read it. Xodus also hinted that it was things like this that have caused his people to be in the predicament they are in now.

Aleena and Kadlin's only - archive copy
Posted by: Kadlin

Kadlin has decided that Aleena isn't good enough for her brother and seeks to intervene by killing the elf. The drugs in her system may be responsible for this line of thinking. Kadlin can summon demons from hel, and one of them is a harpy, which she sends to knock Aleena out of the sky.

Kadlin and Aleena fight for a bit, but Aleena holds back. Eventually, she convinces Kadlin to stop fighting. Kadlin realizes the drugs are affecting her worse than she thought and finds out she can't directly unravel the spells on them. She appeals to the sword for help, but it is satisfied with the way things are and refuses to intervene. Kadlin summons her denial in turn and decides she did something wrong instead of the sword refusing to help. Finally, she alters the pattern of magic in the drugs so that she's now hel-bent on attacking Philler rather than her allies.

Meanwhile, Aleena is suffering from an overdrive of libido which Kadlin rectifies with magical tentacles.

Zanther Wolf's only - archive copy

Wolf was looking for Becky when he runs into his mentor Shelly. They proceed to the location where Becky and the others were teleported to another world. Wolf is teleported there by stray energy as well! (Thanks to Dash and Konall for helping edit!)

Dash, Ozzie and Sassy's second of two - archive copy
Posted by: Ozzie Whelk

In today's installment, Sassy arrives on the scene just as Ozzie is attempting to persude Dash not to kill the person who's turned up with his sword. Sassy manages to calm everything down while Ozzie just stands around being... well, Ozzie. The stranger with the sword introduces herself as Hudson, only - I could swear someone exactly like her popped up a while back under a different name? Dash zones out for a bit, almost like his mind is off somewhere else (FORESHADOWING!), nobody trusts Hudson, and Sassy makes further friends with some snakes. The newly formed party sets off for Mountaincenter, hoping that as it's such a central landmark others will have the same plan. In particular they're looking for Lady Whiteclaw to cure Dash's poison.

Aleena and Dash's first of two - archive copy
Becky's only solo - archive copy
Posted by: Becky Joy

Two roleplays to take note of here.. the next one- foreshadowed in Sassy/ Ozzie/ Dash II, had Dash and Aleena in a mindlink, at the point in the story where Dash was being held down by snakes. Aleena and Dash agreed the two groups shouldn't be meeting right now, and promised to get back in touch soon. (The mental landscape- based on an actual throneroom of Aleena's somewhere- is worth noting and reading.)

NEXT UP.. Becky Joy wakes up in this strange town named DeRo. Then we cut to a DeRo family who are worried about some really dangerous bugs which are slaughtering the town. The family sets out down south and finds Becky, who was earlier having a crisis due to the drugs. Despite her urge to fight, Becky is nice and offers to follow the family in case they run into bugs, which they do right at the end of the RP.

Of course, the family have NO idea Becky has some magic to protect them.. :)

If that writeup sucked, well I am tired!

Aleena, Kadlin and Konall's second of two - archive copy
Posted by: Becky Joy

I told Cameron I'd do notes for the Still Waters piece, so I'm doing so.

It starts with Konall waking up next to Aleena. Kadlin enters the room soonafter. The villagers are upset at her for killing a pig, which she did to power up some dark magic in order to turn her evil chef in a box Xanadon into a polished skull. I'm not sure how that's better, but he can fly now.

Anyway, Konall demands she pay double the price of the pig for restitution, and as her brother, offers to pay it for her. The price of a pig isn't mentioned. After some bacon (which is actually foreshadowed like, twice) and some more Kadlin/ Konall bonding, Konall goes into spasms. Oh, no. It's just a message from the gods. Bet the jerks called collect on delivery, too.

Konall and Kadlin end up fighting, after Kadlin verbally taunts Konall on being a 'fake' Shaman, and Spaz reveals he was supposed to be Kadlin's familiar, until he found her doing necromancy. The two start to fight but Aleena convinces them to stop, reminding them it's Kwadlin who deserves their attention.

Konall leads them to cursed water, and attempts to have Kadlin revive the ghosts which haunted the water. It worked - too well. After battling them, one possesses Aleena, but Konall manages to talk it out of her.

It ends with another Konall/ Aleena kiss. Aw, how sweet.

It isn't mentioned how Spaz or Xanny got here, nor why they're suddenly so serious.

Dash and Sassy's second of two - archive copy
Posted by: Dash

Aleena and I wrote this spicy, sexy mindlink co write. (The second.) She described it as "Aleena calms Dash's mind using her own unique techniques."

Dash is at his campsite when Aleena invites him into the mindlink. At first, it's a nightmarish rendition of a typical tavern collapsing in on itself. When Dash darts down a hallway, he finds himself in a calm hallway, thanks to Aleena. He goes through a door marked "Aleena's room," where he finds himself naked, before seeing Aleena's equally naked body. It gets sexual and a bit graphic. Along with the two making love, they catch each other up on what's been going on.

Dash invites Aleena to try to get the others to meet him up in Mountaincenter, Dash's destination. Aleena says she'll try. After the mind link ends, Dash finds himself again at camp, not feeling as bad as before, with Sassy Snake approaching him.

Becky Joy and Cyber Sunset's only - archive copy
Summer and Wildfall's second of two - archive copy
Posted by: Dash

ROLEPLAY notes for Becky/ CS (Duel/ frozen flame) and Wildfall/ Summer (Back together again) A couple new co-writes went up last night!

Becky was trying to protect a family from one of those killer bugs when Cyber Sunset flew by on a bi-plane and saw a whole nest of them! For reasons not adequately yet explained, the plane had been equipped with several pounds of napalm. (I changed it from "a few tons of napalm!") CS doesn't see Becky and her friends so he drops it, but Becky freezes the explosion in place, but it still leaves her and the family charred and mad.

Becky is told it was mean of whomever did that to have done that, so she freezes the plane in midair. CS aims it to crash somewhere that it won't hit anyone when it crashes, and then teleports down, where Becky, partly from the drug's effects, attacks Sunset. Fortunately, CS is able to talk her out of fighting.

In the next co write, Summer and Wildfall are going through the Nearby Woods, still arguing. Mostly over the water pouch Wildfall found in the cabin they woke up in during the last piece. He doesn't want to share with her since she walked out on him without looking to see if the cabin had anything useful. It gets spilled when they fight over it. She walks off on him. They go their separate ways until she runs into a rather large lizardlike being with a sword, chainmail armor and a shield. She does okay but it gets the advantage. Wildfall gets the drop on it. Soon after, he provides a distraction which allows her to land the killing blow.

She makes him promise that the two will stick together, and they set out for a settlement he'd seen.. when a mysterious flash of light appears before them and someone steps out of it.

This will hopefully lead to Summer/ Wildefall/ Xodus co-write.

Becky, Cyber Sunset, Fahari and Todd - archive copy
Dash and Sassy's only - archive copy
Posted by: Becky Joy

Guess I should get these notes done. Two co-writes in a row.

Becky's out gathering wood and food, so they say, with young Amy-Anna when the two run across Fahari and Todd Blackpaws! Becky wants to run, but the two convince her they're not going to fight her and her new friend.

Becky takes them to meet Amy's brother and parents. Questions are asked, and Sunset shows up. CS decides the sooner they can find the 'source of their ills,' the better. Also, Todd goes with Becky and Amy-Anna to gather some food. (Amy's father's name is Stephan.)

Then, it's a conversation where Dash apologizes to Sassy for his attitude. (The one the drugs caused.) The two make up and talk.. then spot some 'darkform' creatures that seem exceptionally dangerous in the distance. Dash figures it's time to call a retreat; they can fall back and hopefully meet Aleena, Konall and company there for reinforcements.

Ozzie's only solo - archive copy
Posted by: Ozzie

Just before Dash and Sassy's conversation, Ozzie and Hudson have one of their own. In a shocking departure from the norm, Ozzie is nervous and Hudson is evasive, but we learn that 1) Hudson doesn't trust Sassy, 2) Hudson's lies are basically habitual and 3), Ozzie can be a bit of a cunning bugger when he really needs to be.

Scorecard - archive copy
Posted by: Dash

Return to Mirrorworld voting With Aleena and Cameron each offering some editing help on Finale pieces, another mission finally draws to a close. Congratulations to all of us, too!

As I've been saying, we had exceptional variety on this mission. Eleven different handlers wrote for sixteen different player characters. We produced 21 separate roleplays/ co writes and an interlude over nearly three months. Future missions are going to focus on more speed- three weeks for roleplaying, 10 points to the winner, and single piece Finales. We'll see how that works out.

Here's my feedback along with select voter comments.

I gave the judge leeway to give extra points for this one, past the normal twenty, thus, Konall takes twenty five points. Konall took part in multiple co writes with Aleena, Kadlin and Dash, but it was his storyline as champion of the spirit world and leader of an encampment of outcasts that took him to the top of scoring here.

Ichiro (Voter)
Konall has grow some much in this mission, I just can’t say he didn’t earn this one.

Sassy Snake and Aleena tie for second, 20 points each.

Sassy did exceptional in her first mission. She did high quality co writes with Dash and Ozzie, which she dominated. I think it's fair to say we expect the character to continue to improve over time, too.

Ichiro (Voter)
She stood out more than anyone, even our first place winner. She does have to learn to do a bit more sharing in her co-writes though. And Aleena was Aleena, always high quality work.

Aleena's co writes with Kadlin, Dash and Konall helped her tie for second place. With this win, she's either tied for second or won sixty percent of AIL's missions so far. That is the mark of a quality roleplayer.

Sebastian Dash managed to get his co writes with Aleena, Konall, Kadlin, Ozzie and Sassy, although Sassy was clearly the star of the co writes she was in. Even so, Dash takes 19 points and forth place.

Kadlin showed growth of her own, although not quite as much as Konall. Still, it got her fifth place with 17 points.

Voter Ichiro commented on Ozzie's "general high quality." He got a solo piece and showed up in a couple co writes with Sassy and Dash for sixth place and 16 points.

Ichiro (Voter)
Becky is still top three of my favorite characters in AiL.
Along with a solo piece, Becky Joy got her share of co writes in, netting her 15 points. Always a silly favorite.

Sir Fumblies was hampered by his inability to get the story with Cattaras wrapped up so he could move on to doing more solo pieces. He only got a single roleplay, and a co write with Cattaras done, but it was enough to earn him 13 points.

Cyber Sunset earned 9th place. The hero from Honorburg mixed humor and action to net him 11 points.
Ichiro (Voter)
His work with Becky was really quite good.

Tied with Cyber Sunset, Xodus also takes 11 points. He's a very interesting character and although there were early signs of writer's rust, he improved dramatically over the course of his first two solo roleplays. His second roleplay was especially strong. Xodus made exceptional use of the cold dessert.

Wolf earns 10 points with what Ichiro and I agree was an "awesome roleplay." Good job on the return, Wolf! He continues to write an amazing silent character who always, always makes Zanther feel like he's supposed to- an actual wolf who just happens to have a human level intellect.

Ichiro (Voter)
S&W are different styles of characters, and I can see some awesome things coming from them in the future, they just need to find their groove.

Yup, I debut a third character, Wildfall, to go with our new handler Summer. The two tie for 12th place with 9 points each.

Bringing us up are Mitch's three characters, none of whom saw a great deal of activity. In fact, Todd and Fahari shared a co write with Becky and Cyber Sunset, earning 7 points each. Cattaras comes in last with 6 points thanks to his co write with Sir Fumblies on the monster island.

Good job, all!

Here's a few more facts. Sassy Snake, Xodus and Summer are all handlers who debut this mission, while my Wildfall also debut this mission.

Ozie, Kadlin and Konall made their last AIL appearance back in the first mission of the season. That was also Ozzie's debut.

Zanther Wolf is our big 'comeback king,' though. He was last seen in the Guild Warriors mission over two years ago.

Glad to have our new handlers and it's also nice to have the return of some handlers we hadn't seen in a while.

SEASON POINTS so far # 1) Sebastian Dash: 81 points. Dash is maintaining his lead, but Aleena and especially Konall gained some serious ground on the original AIL'er. Will he finally be dethroned?
# 2) Aleena: 75 points. Aleena's closing in on Dash and she gained a single point on him this mission. Could the space elf be our next season-board leader?
# 3) Becky Joy: 71 points. The silly ice mage is doing pretty good for herself so far. Good for you, Becky!
# 4) Sir Fumblies: 67 points. Fumblies is set to continue improving and building upon some epic storylines he's got started.
# 5) Cattaras Whiteclaw: 50 points. Cattaras, however, seems to have lost steam over the last mission or two. If he can gain it back, he could be leaping upwards. If not, there's plenty of younger lions poised to take his spot.

# 6) Konall Bearsmasher: 40 points. Konall comes back in a major way, with the most dominating win, points wise, that we've seen in ages. Well deserved, Cameron the writer.
# 7) Todd Blackpaws: 39 points. Todd's a natural support character, but when he's active, he earns his keep.
# 8) Ozzie Whelk: 35 points. Ozzie Whelk's been a bit inconsistent, but when he shows up, he usually ranks very high.
# 9) Cyber Sunset: 33 points. While the character belongs in Honorburg, he's held his own with adventurers both traditional and mold breaking. Solid character, strong writing.
# 10) Fahari: 32 points. She's still making the transition from Live RP star to being active in more traditional roleplays.

# 11) Kadlin Bearsmasher: 25 points. Kadlin has a lot to offer AIL, which is one of the reasons she's consistently a top ten player. Although for the season, she's a bit outside the top ten, due to inactivity for a few missions.
# 12) Sassy Snake: 20 points. Sassy, you debut at 12th place! Very nicely done. In a normal mission, 20 points woulda made you a mission winner. In this mission, you're just tied for second. Dem's the breaks, kiddo.
# 13) Zanther Wolf: 16 points. Zanther, you've got sixteen points. I hope this is enough incentive to be active more. *wide grin*
# 14) (tie) Vixen: 11 points. Vixen- likewise. More of you! (Of course, her handler is busy with real life work so I'm not sure when that'll be.)
# 14) (tie) 11- Xodus. Solid debut, and again, I hope we see more of you past your debut, Xodus.

# 16) Dios: 10 points. I don't think we'll see more of you, will we? I hope I'm wrong.
# 17) (tie) Samus X-Treme: 9 points. No sign of Shamus, here or out of game, since the Interlude mission, sadly.
# 17) (tie) Summer. 9 points. Welcome to AIL, Dora! Stick around, it's fun.
# 17) (tie) 9- Windfall. That's my character. I hope you're enjoying Wildfall and Summer.
# 20) Werevamp: 2 points. We probably won't see this character again, but maybe the handler will bring in someone even better in the future.
Edit: Almost forgot these two!
# 21) Amrus: 1 point.
# 21) Lapine: 1 point. Thanks for keeping up on us, everyone!

Kingdom of Loathing (KOL) is a (mostly) original online game that apparently has something to do with Asymmetric Publications, LLC, and something called a Jick, who probably copyrighted and trademarked the thing up the wahoozer. Wahoozer is a word I just made up. If you don't like it, bite me. And if you refuse to bite me go to . . . ANYWAY, this is the archive for an interactive writing game based on KOL, and a specific clan within- the Kingdom of KOL. Specific characters belong to their specific owners, specifically, unless specifically stated otherwise. This game was developed by Joshua A. Dexter, with rules based in part on Mercenary and Equinox. This is a non profit game done for entertainment purposes only. If a rash develops on your imagination, desist use immediately and consult a physician, psychologist, or 1-900 psychic for further assistance. KOL forums, store, entry at Answers, KOL's entry at Archive.org, and it's entry at Wikipedia, and KOL's own wiki. - JAD!
