Skills and abilities: Skin is tough almost steel-like. They behave like a typical mob, ruthless, surprisingly tough for penguins, but have a sense of family loyalty. They like to avoid direct conflict and operate in the shadows instead.

Recent news:

Not controlling the town or the council anymore. They did control the town but they are only members of the Council now. The season so far: Took over Seaside Town and are on the Council of Loathing. They haven't done much but have been involved as members of the Council in various conflict with the Somber Six including the force field and ending the battle at the mansion.

Penguin Mafia A goblin wandered into a bar owned by Capo "Mister" Popper. Popper's 'boys' made sure the streets of Seaside Town were safe from Kadlin's people; the goblin handed over meat and took a crate of weapons marked as 'books'. Some wondered if the penguins were supporting the revolution for meat or because they believed in it.
Blahking asked MTiger if he had heard of the Penguin Mafia's move to take over Seaside Town. MTiger said he was informed and also had plans to send help in the situation of Chrono Dragon.

Penguin Mafia Cattaras was asked if he realized the penguins controlled Seaside Town. Todd weaseled into a Penguin controlled bar. Dash said to watch for Penguins. A fat Penguin waddled up in his bar and blew a thick ring of smoke at Dash and growled as if he was ready to fight single-handedly. Coconuts came in and threatened the penguin with Big Frank to get him off their backs. He fidgeted and Coconuts gave the penguin a meaningful look and giggled telling the group not to worry about 'ol' tux face'. Dash couldn't get out of Penguinville fast enough.

Penguin Mafia Dash was talking about portals, airships and making sure that anyone standing up to Kadlin got the help they needed. Katharine asked if that meant even helping the penguins but got no answer.

Penguin Mafa Wildfall was talking to Jay and asked if he had seen anything unusual and Jay said he hadn't. That was a surprise to Wildfall and then he asked Jay if he meant he had not noticed things like portals opening out of nowhere, rioting, or the Penguin Mafia in Seaside Town. Jay responded that he may or may not have been the cause of all of that and Wildfall assured Jay he was not at fault. As Jay left, Wildfall's friends introduced themselves to him in a brutal way or maybe it was them interacting with the Knob Goblins and Penguin Mafia that was brutal. Eventually Wildfall and his friends moved on to Degrassi.

NPC Todd said something about calling in a favor from the penguins.
A trumpet blast sounded and a shower of crossbow bolts from repeating crossbows flew like horizontal hail toward the goblins, coming from... mob penguins? Konall looked over and saw Angel giving orders as the mobsters.

Penguin Mafia Seaside Town has fallen under the control of the Penguin Mafia. Todd Blackpaws even worked at a penguin controlled bar during the occupation.

Penguin Mafia The Penguins had four black knights defending the area, while the penguin enforcers easily ran off the Seaside guards, mercenaries and all.

Penguin Mafia Three Council members told adventurers the problems concerning Seaside town and wanting to rid the town of the Penguin Mafia but the Council was concerned citizens might get caught in crossfire. Adventurers were to investigate portals and find a solution. Infiltrate Penguin Association Program and convince PAP they are on their side. Resistance planning a full scale attack on Penguin Mafia.

Penguin Mafia Wildfall and Alys tried getting into Seaside Town but were met with Penguin Mafia blocking the entrance. Hand in hand they walk up and told them that they were sent to help and one of the mafia members stepped up saying they would be watching. The town was full of penguins and Wildfall questioned if Alys knew about this. Alys admitted she wanted to pound every penguin til none are left.

Penguin Mafia Wildfall and Alys were escorted to a building where six penguins were waiting and asked for their passes. Wildfall had his hands full keeping Alys from going off on the penguins. Silver Beak stepped up and told them they have to chose the task of beating up KOL teens or passing out toys to underprivileged kids on the Wrong Side of the Tracks.

Penguin Mafia Seaside Town had been taken over by Penguin Mafia. The penguins forced Wildfall and Alys to make a choice of jobs to do for the Mafia and the pair chose to deal with the KOL teens who owed the mafia money, but Alys had secret plans. Other adventurers were looking at dealing with the penguins more violently.

Penguin Mafia The rest of the adventurers would sneak into town and meet up to put a plan into action to rid the town of the penguins. The group split up to attack the penguins from different areas and deal with the strange portals. A three-way battle between penguins vs the resistance vs the strange magical demon summoning creatures thru the portals while some of the group tried to reach peaceful solutions with the penguins.

Penguin Mafia The Penguin Mafia still partially control of Seaside Town after an agreement between the Council and the penguins and again the local adventurers were being asked to give their assistance to a local Kingdom problem once again. This time it was for two problems, a kidnapping of three KOKOL members and the rescue of Toot Oriole.

Penguin Mafia Fishery owner and Penguin Mafia/Council member Carlo Penno was alerted to recent thefts and activities that might involve Rat King and Boss Bat. He got a lackey, Council member Cheatum, to alert the Council. The Council sent out adventures to take care of the rats and bats.

Penguin Mafia Gem accused Rat King of being responsible for Grelva's death, and vowed to tell the penguins that he cheated, swindled and robbed the town's people. Rat King's real name was Herbert King but he called himself "Herb King". Bristle, looking for Gem, had heard the commotion in the marketplace. He hurried to the scene and found Gem cowering in a corner frozen in fear after having a gun pointed at her. Bristle sent Gem for help and she returned with the authorities and a flock of well-armed penguins. Herb King and his brother Joe were arrested.

Penguin Mafia Dash dropped a muri-dan and asked Catrina's prisoner who was behind the kidnapping of her kit. The prisoner choked out the words 'they were involved' and Dash told the prisoner that he had to do a better to keep Catrina from taking his face off and no one was going to help him; he finally said it was 'the penguin six.' Catrina said that there were thousands of penguins and the prisoner finally told them the Somber Six needed the prince.

Penguin Mafia Someone asked who Howe was and Dewey that he was the clown who suggested tuxedos for the whole council because there were penguins on the council and that the 'feather-kisser' went to deal with the rats gathering on the Wrong Side and something about the bugbears.
